We are proud to present the Foundation for Auditing Research (FAR) Annual Report 2024, offering a comprehensive overview of a year filled with impactful research initiatives, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the audit profession. Since its founding in 2015, FAR has been committed to enhancing the quality of audit practices through rigorous academic research that is both scientifically grounded and practically relevant. In 2024, we continued to strengthen the bridge between academia and practice. This is reflected in our annual conference themed “Auditing and Assurance – the Role of Audit Firm Culture”, as well as in our masterclasses, publications, and podcasts addressing current challenges in the field.
