Petra Tijmstra is Chief Change Officer at the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB). In this role, she leads organization-wide innovation and transformation projects aimed at making social security services future-proof, focusing on digitalization, reducing non-use of benefits, and improving citizen-centric service delivery.Previously, Petra held senior transformation roles at PwC and the Koninklijke Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA), where she managed large-scale change programs related to culture, digital transformation, and the renewal of professional profiles and education. She is a qualified RA and studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam and London Business School.
