Yuxia Zou

Assistant Professor

Yuxia Zou is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and an M.Phil. in Finance from Cambridge Judge Business School, where she was a Research Associate at CERF and a Benavitch Scholar at St Catharine’s College.

She serves as NTU’s representative on the Steering Committee and Board of the Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability (ARCS). She was previously a Research Fellow at the UN‑supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and now co‑organizes the NBS‑PRI‑ECGI Public Lecture Series on Sustainable Business.

Her research lies at the intersection of financial and managerial accounting, with a particular focus on sustainability. She studies how internal management systems, external reporting, and assurance practices contribute to the development of a more sustainable capital market.
