New FAR Academic Board Members

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that Marleen Willekens, Professor of Accounting and Auditing at K.U. Leuven and Philip Wallage, Professor of Auditing at the VU and the University of Amsterdam will be joining the FAR board as academic board members, per October 15, 2023. 

The board is very grateful to our outgoing academic board members, Olof Bik and Willem Buijink, who served as FAR board members since 2015. We extend a warm welcome to Marleen and Philip and look forward to their invaluable contributions to our mission of enhancing audit quality
