
Jandre Jansen van Rensburg is a postdoctoral researcher with an interest in how teams develop and how their cognition works. His current research projects cover topics ranging from individual and team learning to shared mental models at different levels within organisations, and how these factors develop and influence team outcomes.
His academic work builds on his interest in people in the workplace and his previous experience as an organisational psychologist. In that role, he worked extensively with recruitment, selection, candidate assessment, leadership development, and talent and performance management.
