Piet van den Bossche is Professor of Learning in Organisations at the University of Antwerp (Faculty of Social Sciences) and Professor of Team Learning at Maastricht University (School of Business and Economics). He co-directs the Antwerp Social Lab, which uses psychophysiological and behavioral methods to study human interactions. His research focuses on how learning and performance emerge through social interactions, with particular attention to team learning, professional development, and workplace dynamics. He has published extensively on topics such as collaborative learning, psychological safety, and knowledge sharing in teams.
